Keeping Costs Down:

The only way we can offer budget websites, logos, etc is to cut out on physical meetings with clients. We prefer to discuss your requirements via email and offering you affordable services.

The Process:

• Contact Salted Coffee via email.
• You will then receive an email with a quote.
• As soon as you accept the quote a deposit is required before any work is done.
• In the event of a website, logo or any design work, you will receive at least 2 templates from which to choose (based on your brief).
• You then choose 1 and suggest any changes etc. These changes are then applied to the template/design.
• In the event of a logo, business card or CD cover design, the design will be finalised and send to you again for approval and checking.
• In the event of a website the signed off template will be cut and encoded/build into html/php/asp.
• All content should be supplied in final proofread state - unless you also add copywriting to the services required. The content & images you supplied will then be added to the website as is.
• The website will be live on the internet for you to request any last changes.

Notes:

• Any changes on websites (content, images, etc) should be supplied via email.
• Content should be provided after it has been proofread - unless you add copywriting services onto your invoice.
• SEO (search engine optimisation) is an additional service. This includes adding Google Analytics and submitting URL to Google.
